    When I became principal of a school, I was told that the existing PA system was too old to repair and would have to be completely replaced. I asked Lisbon Creek to come and take a look. They inspected the entire system carefully and were excited to see our old Bogen unit functioning. They diagnosed the problem simply as poor connections, ordered a part (termination tool) to fully resolve the problem, and replaced all the connectors. EVERY speaker in our building works, which is essential for safety drills and emergencies. We are so grateful that they took the time to think critically about the problem, and that they were so knowledgeable about our older technology.
