Earl Z.
Co-Founder
Earl brings decades of industry experience and a genuine passion for people. Known for his down-to-earth, empathetic, and compassionate nature, he believes in taking care of his team, helping others succeed, and making a difference wherever he can. Outside of work, Earl enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and six children, lending a hand to someone in need, and serving at his church. He also loves to play sports with friends and family.
Ken V.
Co-Founder
Ken loves working with our business development team to bring new products and services to market. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has appreciated the experience of building a business, meeting new people and creating custom solutions for our customers. Ken is also the current President of the Wisconsin Security Association. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and likes sports, the outdoors, and helping others.

Matthew H.
Installation & Service Manager
Matthew was the first Lisbon Creek employee! Matthew left his profession as an attorney to join the newly developing company, and has not looked back. He keeps all the plates spinning in the service and installation department, and also advises the sales and system design teams. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys fixing anything and everything. He is a Pacific Northwest transplant and enjoys that Wisconsin has 4 seasons.
Angelo V.
Director, Managed IT Services
Angelo is the newest addition to our leadership team. He is managing and developing the managed IT department. He has over 20 years of experience in IT management, web development, instructional design and training. He speaks 4 languages and having worked both locally and abroad, is honored to bring his skills to Lisbon Creek Systems. Angelo was born in Sicily, has 3 wonderful kids and loves working out. We are also delighted that he has developed the updated lisboncreek.com website!

Project Manager
Jereme is outstanding at making Lisbon Creek run smoothly behind the scenes. He is a process and procedure expert and keeps everyone on the same page. He formerly worked for Iron Fireman/Clean Living Environments, and the Kohl’s Corporation. Jereme’s hobbies include golf, volleyball, mountain biking, motorcycles, hiking, cooking, woodworking and photography. He loves the Lisbon Creek family vibe.

As Sales Manager at Lisbon Creek Systems, Brady is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service by combining his technical expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs. He takes pride in building lasting relationships, guiding clients toward effective technology solutions, and leading the sales team with a customer-first approach. Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and daughter. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and relaxing by the pool.

Joshua is a dedicated member of the Lisbon Creek Systems team who began his career as a Systems Installation Technician before transitioning into his current role as Sales Engineer. His hands-on experience in the field has provided him with a strong technical foundation and a practical understanding of the systems and solutions Lisbon Creek Systems delivers. In his current role, Joshua combines his technical knowledge with a customer-focused approach to help clients identify solutions that best meet their needs. He values professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, taking pride in building strong relationships and contributing to the company’s continued success. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and staying active through sports.

By day, Thomas is a dedicated IT professional with 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, endpoint administration, and network operations, helping Lisbon Creek Systems deliver secure and reliable technology solutions. By night (and on weekends), you’ll find him traveling with his family, enjoying the outdoors, spending time on the farm, hitting the gym, and taking on mind‐challenging games with his kids. He’s also blessed with a wife whose enthusiastic motivational stories keep life entertaining, inspiring, and never short on energy.

Andrew Durbin is a passionate IT Technician with hands-on experience in computer hardware, software, and VoIP technologies. A graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School, he has built PCs, laptops, servers, and Raspberry Pi projects, showcasing his proficiency in assembling and repairing systems. Skilled in C++ and Python, Andrew is adept with operating systems like Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS. His expertise in circuitry, CNC 3D printing, and various software tools—along with his specialization in Voice over IP solutions—makes him a valuable asset to our IT team.

Jeremiah is Earl’s eldest son who supports our service department. Our clients love Jeremiah, who has wonderful customer service skills. He is especially fond of the ones who have pets! He specializes in access control with integrated intrusion and provides maintenance for all of those systems. Jeremiah loves working out at the gym, eating healthy and spending time with family and friends.

Accounting Admin
Mike is a mail carrier by day and assists with our accounting backend systems by night. He has been with us since the begining and helps check over all things financial to make sure everything is in check. Outside of work Mike enjoys working on puzzles, cheering on the Brewers and reading and learning about God’s creation. One of his favorite things is going out to dinner and making memories with his kids.
