Earl Z.
Co-Founder
Earl is most enthusiastic about our great people when considering his experience as an owner. He previously worked in the following industries; security/protection for 12 years, telephones and communication for 3 years and 4 years in Audio Engineering. Earl’s unique leadership style keeps the team focused, motivated and productive while having fun. He is the first to encourage taking frisbee breaks on the front lawn and initiating Nerf wars to help our staff distress. He loves playing with his kids and attending their events, dates with his wife and serving on the worship team at his church.
Ken V.
Co-Founder
Ken loves working with our business development team to bring new products and services to market. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has appreciated the experience of running a business, meeting new people and creatinig custom solutions for our customers. Ken is the current Member at Large for the (WIESA) Wisconsin Security Association. Beside work he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and likes sports, the outdoors, and helping others.

Matthew H.
Installation & Service Manager
Matthew was the first Lisbon Creek employee! Matthew left his profession as an attorney to join the newly developing company, and has not looked back. He keeps all the plates spinning in the service and installation department, and also advises the sales and system design teams. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys fixing anything and everything. He is a Pacific Northwest transplant and enjoys that Wisconsin has 4 seasons.
Angelo V.
Director, Managed IT Services
Angelo is the newest addition to our leadership team. He is managing and developing the managed IT department. He has over 20 years of experience in IT management, web development, instructional design and training. He speaks 4 languages and having worked both locally and abroad, is honored to bring his skills to Lisbon Creek Systems. Angelo was born in Sicily, has 3 wonderful kids and loves working out. We are also delighted that he has developed the updated lisboncreek.com website!
Jereme E.
Project Manager
Jereme is outstanding at making Lisbon Creek run smoothly behind the scenes. He is a process and procedure expert and keeps everyone on the same page. He formerly worked for Iron Fireman/Clean Living Environments, and the Kohl’s Corporation. Jereme’s hobbies include golf, volleyball, mountain biking, motorcycles, hiking, cooking, woodworking and photography. He loves the Lisbon Creek family vibe.
Joe P.
Office Manager
Joe brings a fresh perspective to Lisbon Creek Systems as an Office Administrator, transitioning from a 26-year career as a professional chef. Inspired by his Sicilian roots and his mother’s culinary talents, Joe pursued a Culinary Arts degree at Milwaukee Area Technical College and thrived in esteemed restaurants.
Now, Joe is embracing this new chapter with enthusiasm. His people skills and organizational talents make him a valuable addition to Lisbon Creek Systems. Outside work, Joe enjoys cooking shows, football, and time with his wife, Amy, and their French bulldog, Frankie.
Johanna I.
Business Development
Johanna joins Lisbon Creek Systems with 10 years of experience as a sales professional. While she is new to the IT and security industry, her proven track record in client relations and strategic growth makes her a valuable addition to our team. She is enthusiastic about leveraging her sales expertise to foster new partnerships and contribute to our company’s success.
Outside of her professional life, Johanna is an animal lover and proud owner of two dogs—a rescue from Florida and a purebred German Shepherd. She enjoys hiking with them, staying active through workouts, and watching sports with friends.
Johanna is excited to be part of the Lisbon Creek family and looks forward to networking and building meaningful connections.

Business Development
Julie has worked with the Lisbon Creek Team for almost 6 years on the sales and marketing side. She specializes in building new relationships and enjoys connecting with businesses who are moving or opening new facilities. Julie previously worked in health information,as a worship leader / coordinator and owned a cleaning business. She loves working at Lisbon Creek because of the wonderful culture and enjoys working with her two brothers and nephews as well! In her free time, Julie likes to spend time with her husband and family, hiking, camping, and cooking together.

Jake is the newest addition to the Lisbon Creek Sales Team, following an extensive background in wireline and wireless communications and 8 years in business and personal banking. He enjoys discovering client needs and designing business solutions. His experience in telecom makes him well suited to implement unified communications ecosystems. Jake’s engaging personality and humor keeps the office laughing, and he always has a fragment of trivia to share. He enjoys spending time with family & friends, fishing, hiking and golfing. Jake is well connected and loves networking! He is certainly an asset to Lisbon Creek and our clients.

Tal joins Lisbon Creek Systems as a talented network systems engineer with over a decade of large-scale project management and engineering experience. Tal is proficient in emerging software solutions and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

IT/VoIP Technician
Andrew Durbin is a passionate IT Technician with hands-on experience in computer hardware, software, and VoIP technologies. A graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School, he has built PCs, laptops, servers, and Raspberry Pi projects, showcasing his proficiency in assembling and repairing systems. Skilled in C++ and Python, Andrew is adept with operating systems like Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS. His expertise in circuitry, CNC 3D printing, and various software tools—along with his specialization in Voice over IP solutions—makes him a valuable asset to our IT team.

Install Technician
Aza has been with the Lisbon Creek Team for over 2 years. Previously he was a lead machine operator in a manufacturing company, maintenance mechanic and lead of the cleaning crew in a foundry. He has an integral role at Lisbon Creek Systems, is precise and has a “get it done” attitude when it comes down to the installation and maintenance of various equipment, tools, and systems. Outside of work Aza is a musician and music producer. He also enjoys going to the gym, traveling and trying new kinds of foods.

Install Technician
Joshua is also one of Earl’s sons and has been working with the system install team for just under a year. He has been gaining experience while devoting partial days to completing his high school studies. He appreciates that his associates set a great example to others by having positive attitudes and being honest. He formerly worked in retail, and enjoys playing guitar, listening to music and keeping active in sports.

Security Technician
Jeremiah is one of Earl’s sons who works in installation and service. Our clients love Jeremiah, who has wonderful customer service skills. and he is especially fond of the ones who have pets. He specializes in access control with integrated intrusion and provides maintenance for all of those systems. He enjoys that everyone on the team gets along well and makes the environment welcoming and positive. Jeremiah is committed to good health and working out. He has been with Lisbon Creek since 2019.

Jose is our lead technology solution installer. He has worked with Lisbon Creek For 4 years and works with efficiency, precision and attention to outstanding customer service. (We call him a Rock Star.) It’s no wonder…In his free time, Jose is a musician and music producer. Thankfully Jose introduced his brother, Aza to the LC team.
